How quickly will my order be delivered?
Many of our furniture pieces are delivered from stock within 48 hours in the Netherlands. Order on a weekday before 2 pm and we will make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. You will find the current delivery time on the product page.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery of your order is completely free in the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium and Germany, any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.
How will my order be delivered?
Our large furniture is delivered with care by specialised furniture couriers, to the front door on the ground floor. You will receive tracking information so you know when your order will arrive.
Can I return my order?
Of course! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal to take a good look at your purchase at home. Not completely satisfied? We will arrange collection of your furniture. For a regular furniture return in the Netherlands we charge €35 return costs.
Does the furniture match the photos?
Our product photos give as realistic an impression as possible. With furniture made from natural materials, such as solid wood, colour and grain may vary slightly. That is exactly what makes every piece unique.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Many of our furniture pieces are easy to assemble. For dining tables, for example, you usually only need to attach the base to the table top. Cabinets are always delivered fully assembled. Our products come with an instruction manual. Unsure about assembly? Our customer service is here to help.
How do I know if the furniture will fit my space?
We list the main dimensions for every product. Unsure about the size or which version suits you best? Our customer service is happy to advise you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't worry, we are happy to help. If something goes wrong during transport, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. Together we will find a suitable solution.
Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
Yes! Our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty, so you can order from us with peace of mind.
